  1. Do you charge for registering on the Supp-ly platform?

 No, it is free of cost for all the Customers and Vendors. We will charge our vendor partners for any exclusive brand and product promotions.

  1. Which geographies, you service?

We are currently serving the Bangalore geography, with an ambitious plan to serve the entire south India market in an year’s time.

  1. Where do I sign up?

You can choose to sign up on the Supp-ly.com. You can also download and install the Supp-ly app from Google PlayStore or Apple Appstore." 

  1. Is the registration only for Indian residents?

"No, it is for all. Indian residents can choose to register by entering their mobile number. An OTP will be generated to that number. Upon entering the OTP, registration is completed."

"If you have an Indian mobile number you can register through that. But make sure you will be able to enter the OTP sent to that number before timeout. Or you may choose to register with your email ID." 

  1. Will I have a personal profile on the Supp-ly platform?

"Yes, upon completing registration, you will be assigned a personal profile. This profile will contain all your orders, rewards etc." In fact, our platform provides a different experience and profile for our B2B customers. 

Order Management

  1. Do I need an account to order products ?

 Yes, you must have to open an account to purchase from Supp-ly.

  1. What are your differentiators in Ordering experience?
  • Well organised data and ease of navigation (Filter and Sort by Category, Product, Store)
  • Multi Vendor pricing, for the same product. Customers get to see the pricing from multiple vendors and can choose based on required quantity, delivery timeline, local stores, and service ratings.

  1. Can I book multiple orders at once ?

 Sure! Multiple orders can be placed together by simply adding prodcuts to your shopping cart. Our platform is organised to ensure transparency in tracking your orders from different delivery partners.

  1. How do I know that my order is confirmed ?

As soon as you place your order, you will be receiveing an order confirmation via  sms and also an email confirmation from our end and updates on order process and shipping. 

  1. How many days does it take to ship my order ?

 Delivery timeline varies from product to product but you will be able to see the approximate delivery time line while choosing the product/ at cart/before check-out .

Payment

  1. How do I make payment on Supp-ly ?

Once you have kept your cart ready to check-out with your required list of products, You can make the payment through Supp-ly’s secured payment gateway  by selecting payment method at Checkout, complete the payment and you will receive notification on payment receipt and order confirmation from our end.

  1. Is it safe to use my credit card for payment ?

Supp-ly does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in the session making  transaction. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. How do I register complaints about a product ?

Connect with our Supp-ly customer care executive through Email. You must explain your issue in a clear and concise manner. The executive may ask for few informations from you like your Order ID, registered mobile number or email ID, in order to raise an official complaint. Or Mail your issue in a clear and concise manner including Order ID, registered mobile number or email ID to info@Supp-ly.com, we will get back within 48 hrs.

  1. How do I return my product ?

Connect with our Supp-ly customer care executive or mail to info@supp-ly.in about the return of product. The product should not be damaged while in your possession, the product should be in same condition as it is delivered to you, unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals. Only products that can be resell will be accepted for return, subject to acceptance of return by our delivery partners. For the products that are returned by the customer and accepted by us, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
