FACILITATION OF SALE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH THE PORTAL

The Seller authorizes the QSupply Storeys India Private Limited to, on behalf of the Seller & the respective brands(or Suppliers), to provide to the Customers  through the QSupply Storeys India Private Limited ‘s Portal:

(a) Use of Information and assistance in relation to the listed Products and sales thereof,

(b) Information in relation to status of the order placed by Customers, and

(c) Operating a customer helpdesk for other inquiries in relation to Products and orders, customer complaints and grievances.

(d) Use of the images  of the products and banners of the suppliers or brands enlisted by the seller,

The Seller authorizes the QSupply Storeys India Private Limited to place;

(a).a description of the Seller (including but not limited to description of Suppliers, where so directed by the Seller and

(b). description of each of its Products (including but not limited to the technical description of the Products, images, brand name of the Product, the price of the Product and any applicable warranty terms) on the Portal, and

(c) Seller rating based on their performance and customer reviews.

The Products offered for sale by the Sellers are either manufactured by the Sellers or are sourced/ purchased by the Seller from third party suppliers/manufacturers (“Suppliers”). In the event the Sellers purchases the Products from the Supplier, the Sellers hereby confirms no objection from the owner/manufacturer of the Products for the branding, promotion, marketing and advertising by the Company - which includes (but not limited to ) use of brand name, image, videos, product details, catalogues and the product literature, etc. 

PRODUCTS – TERMS OF OFFER

This Website offers, sale of certain items (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). By placing an order for Products through this Website, You agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

CUSTOMER SOLICITATION
